Books Read 2011

The number of books I've read this year is drastically down from the 100 (give or take) from last year.  In 2011, I managed only 52 titles so far.  With two months left, I expect to add another 6 or 7 to the list.

2011 was different because I don't think I've ever read as many thousand pagers has I have this year.  The entire 5 books of The Song of Ice and Fire series, The Passage, Swan Song, and I reread The Stand and It--third time each.

2012 will probably see a sharper decline since the bookstores are now officially history and I will be working a real job again.  Not to mention, once I get to Montana, I'll be extremely busy not only with the new job, but building a new house and exploring the land my childhood (and adulthood) dreams were made of!
Some of the titles I for sure will read in the near future are Stephen King's 11/22/63, Taylor Anderson's latest Destroyermen series addition, and my friend Craig Saunders' Rain.  If George R.R. Martin miraculously puts out book #6 in The Song of Ice and Fire, I'll be hitting that like the head cheerleader at prom circa 1990!

I'm soliciting suggestions in the genres of horror, fantasy, and science fiction.  I'd like most suggestions to be from the small press field as those are the ones I'm less likely to discover on my own.  Thanks in advance.
